For my birthday, the actual day, I went up to Anna's for Buffy night and the girls through me a party complete with castle cake, pizza and presents. It was buckets of fun. I even got a crown! But it was really painful, so I didn't wear it long. We watched Something Blue and Tabula Rasa and had a fun filled, whip cream flying good time. I enjoyed myself. I had a good birthday. Posted by Picasa
Here is me and my cake just before I blew out the candles. Jarom is hiding behind the cake, you can see his knee! Posted by Picasa
Here is a close up of the pillowcase. The heart says Spike and Becky 4ever. I slept with Spike under my head last night, it was great! Posted by Picasa
Here is what Anna and Christy got me for my Birthday, along with mint lipgloss and a kissing book. I think I can find some uses for those items. Posted by Picasa
Here is a close up of my castle cake. There is a big B on the front for Becky or for Buffy, your choice. Isn't it purty? Aren't Anna and Christy the best? I'm so happy! Posted by Picasa
Me in my cubicle all happy with balloons because Marie decorated it and is the bestest. I could barely get into it through the streamers. Posted by Picasa
Here is me and my bestest sister who put up signs with me on them and decorated my cubicle all pretty purple. Posted by Picasa
Marie put up signs with my face on them all around the office, one even ended up in the Men's bathroom (yuck) and she decorated my cube because she is the bestest sister ever. Everyone should give three cheers for Marie! And don't I look good here? Posted by Picasa

Balloons. The best gift you can give me. They are all floaty and confusing. I love balloons. Posted by Picasa

Prom

As most of you know, my own personal Birthday Prom is on Friday. There will be cake (brought to you by Jill), dancing (brought to you by Jarom and Natalie), a dance floor (brought to you by Marie), food (brought to you by the parents), twister, the voting and crowning of Prom Queen and King and people in pretty attire.
I'm really only bringing the decorations and the twister, this Prom is really being brought to pass by family and friends. But there will be a Prom! Oh yes there will.
Marie thought of this theme, as I attempted to outdo my last year's theme of Clue (hard to outdo) and I thought it appropriate because any time that I get to wear fake eyelashes is a good time. Prom is very much a blast from the past and the quitessential essence of the shallowness and pointlessness of highschool, so it seemed the perfect theme. I am far enough removed from my Prom that it will be fun to get back into that dress (that doesn't fit) and get my money's worth.
For my Prom(we'll say Junior year) I asked the guy, and then he paid, it was kinda awesome. It was at the courthouse in Provo and we promanaded down the front steps. It was completely pointless, yet so very important at the time. The best part of my prom was that I got to drive Bill's Beamer (the old blue one) and some guy came to the Prom with an inflatable alligator. It doesn't get much better than that. But my date was kinda lame and only danced the slow songs with me, alas!
Well, here's hoping that my Prom this year is better than my sophmore, junior or senior Prom. It has to be because there will be better snacks and twister. Who doesn't like playing twister in a big old dress, with Mike playing (he loves to step right where you would normally step in that game, just to spite you, even if it is across the board for him.)

Cool, cool, depressing, Cool

It is February. It doesn't look much different than January except that I was born in this month. I think you should all praise me because this is the month that I was born. Or maybe prais the month because it gets to be the month that I was born in.
Other good things about February include... Presidents Day and no school, Valentines Day or Single Awareness Day and food that goes along with it, and GroundHogs day where you find out when winter ends.
Mostly it is about me. Because if things aren't about me, then they should be. Okay, I really have nothing to report. I'll give a topic and you will discuss it amongst yourselves... Barbara Striesand(sp?)... GO!
