Nicole was really into it. She was very serious about her pumpkin painting. And, she didn't want to ever stop, but we had to when she started melting down about getting paint on her hand. I tried to tell her that when you paint it is okay to get paint on you, but she wasn't having any of that.

I think we will paint pumpkins every year until she is old enough to carve a pumpkin.

I carved (and by I, I mean Mark) a pumpkin last night. It was a wolf. It was pretty sweet.
I like painting pumpkins for little kids. It's much more fun for them, and much less clean up for me. :)
Painting pumpkins is the way to go when kids are little. Cute pumpkins!
